Yes, most of the gift products are ready stock and you can purchase the sample (without logo) online directly and get it delivered to your address within 3 working days. The sample purchase amount can be refunded to you after your company make the order and payment.
Upon request and on selected order/products only, we can also arrange a complimentary sample to be delivered to your address after quote confirmation or PO issuance.
Yes, please send us your logo or design file in AI, EPS, PDF or high-res format. Kindly send us the logo/design file in the exact colour(s) you desire.
If required, we offer design or touch-up service at additional charges.
Unless specified otherwise, gift box and/or bag is not included in most of the gift products.
Standard or personalized gift box and/or bag can be requested at additional charges.
We have quoted our best price on our product catalog. However, discount can be negotiated if you order more than 200 units or RM5,000 in a single order.

Yes, we accept orders from individuals but full payment is required upon order confirmation.
For individuals, full payment is required upon order confirmation.
For companies, 50% or full payment is required upon order confirmation. The 50% balance (if any) to be paid before the product delivery to your location.
It will take approximately 4-6 weeks after the first or full payment is made and mock-up approval.
You can also opt for expedited delivery which will take approximately 2-3 weeks, at an additional cost to be quoted. Certain products like electrical, electronics, products with built-in battery are ineligible for expedited delivery.
There are also selected products that are eligible for express delivery which will take only 1 week to fulfill.
We offer free shipping to a single location within Klang Valley. Delivery to multiple locations or outside of Klang Valley is subject to additional charges.
In most cases, only expedited delivery (to be quoted) is applicable if you need the gift products in 2-3 weeks time.
In some cases, other fees might apply for logo design/touch-up, standard or personalized gift box/bag, delivery to outside of Klang Valley, etc.
We do not offer after-sales service or warranty on the gift products after delivery.
However, refund or exchange can be requested within 30 days from the delivery date on wrong product delivered or product defects only.
