Decathlon eGift Card

Decathlon is a group company with developing, design, brand, retail, logistics and production departments which possesses a whole industrial chain in sport products. The group was founded by Michel LECLERCQ in 1976, in France. As of now, we have opened 1173 stores in 27 countries and our company has been recognized as biggest sport company in Europe and possesses great fame all over the world. We own the second biggest research center in France, which helps to release 3,500 new products from 20 passion brands. We provide a wide range of products including Mountain Sports, Water sports, Cycling, Roller sports, Tennis, Table Tennis, Golf, Fitness, Team sports, which take up 85% of total product amounts. The production lines are distributed in 23 countries and areas, and more than 40% of which come from China. As a retailer, Decathlon aims to gather all sport products in stores. Our store covers an area from 1500 to 12000 m²? and the sport products cover 65 sports and 35,000 categories.

2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Terms & Conditions

• This Decathlon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable in addition to the Privacy Policy on Decathlon.my
• Your redemption or attempted redemption of the Gift Card constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of use and agreement to the Privacy Policy.
• The Gift Card can be used to make purchases in physical stores, website www.decathlon.my and Decathlon mobile app in Malaysia only. If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference can be made up with another form of payment. If the value of the purchase is less than the available balance on the Gift Card, no change will be given for the remaining balance.
• This gift card is valid until the expiry dates stated on the e-voucher. Strictly no extension of the validity period will be allowed and any balance left on the gift card after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
• The Gift Card can be accumulated or combined with any other Gift Card or vouchers.
• The Gift Card is applicable for purchases of Decathlon Products (in-store and online) or Marketplace products (online only) only and is not applicable for purchases of gift cards and purchases via DecathlonPRO.
• Decathlon Malaysia is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of the Gift Card if it is lost, stolen, damaged or if its validity period expires. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card in these circumstances.
• This Gift Card may not be reloaded with additional funds after purchase.
• Return of items purchased with this Gift Card will be refunded using another Gift Card.
• Decathlon Malaysia reserves the right to refuse to accept the Gift Card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, suspected to be affected by fraud of where the use of the Gift Card is contrary to any of the terms above.
• Decathlon Malaysia reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

  • Visit website www.decathlon.my or Decathlon mobile app in Malaysia.
  • Choose Giftcard as your payment method.
  • Key in the giftcode and 4 digit pin code.
  • Click “Add”.
