Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid at all KFC Restaurants in Malaysia.
• Limited to 1 (one) time redemption via only one of the available ordering methods;
  • Dine-In, Takeaway, Drive-Thru, Kiosk, and Online Redemption via KFC App or KFC.com.my registered customers only. Not applicable for redemption via KFC Customer Care. Multiple redemptions of the same KFC Digital E-Voucher Code are not permitted.
• For in-store redemption via cashier or self-service kiosk: customers must scan the voucher QR code before checkout.
• For online redemption via KFC App or KFC.com.my: Customers must enter the KFC Digital E-Voucher Code before checkout. Delivery orders are subject to a minimum order of RM15.
• Delivery orders are subject to Delivery and processing fee.
• No refunds are applicable for purchases below the value of RM5, RM10, or RM20 in a single receipt.
• Any purchases that exceed the amount of the KFC Digital E-Voucher Code shall be borne by the registered customer.
• This KFC Digital E-Voucher Code is strictly not exchangeable, not returnable, and not redeemable for cash or revalidation.
• Expired KFC Digital E-Voucher Code will not be accepted.
• This KFC Digital E-Voucher Code is valid until the date stated on it.
• Terms & Conditions apply for all voucher code redemptions and transactions.
• QSR STORES SDN BHD reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, and the right to amend, alter, terminate, or suspend the KFC Digital E-Voucher Code without prior notice.

How to Redeem?

• In store: Please provide your e-voucher QR code to the cashier to scan before proceeding with payment.
• Online: Please key in the e-Voucher code during checkout.
