1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

• Present this e-voucher for a one-time purchase at all Kenny Rogers Roasters outlets in Malaysia, except for Plaza Angsana, PKNS Shah Alam, Kemaman Terengganu, Cameron Highlands, Bahau, Kulim, and Jasin Melaka.
• This e-voucher can only be used in a single transaction. Should the value of the receipt be lower than the e-voucher value, no change shall be given. If the value of the purchase exceeds the e-voucher’s value, the value difference shall be borne by the shopper. Shoppers are allowed to use cash or a credit card to top up the difference if the e-voucher is insufficient.
• This e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• Multiple e-vouchers may be applied in a single transaction.
• The e-voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e-voucher.
