There are a range of Secret Recipe cash vouchers and cake vouchers to choose from. All is available in the form of paper voucher and E-voucher which are suited for any occasions. The vouchers can be easily redeemed at most Secret Recipe’s outlets. Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid at all Secret Recipe outlets in Malaysia except AEON Mall Taiping.

• E-vouchers must be redeemed within the stated period of validity. No extension of the validity is allowed.
• This e-voucher can only be used in a single transaction.
• Printed e-vouchers and screenshots will not be accepted.
• Should the value of the receipt be lower than the e-voucher value, no change shall be returned.
• This e-voucher is not exchangeable in whole or part for cash, credit or other goods and services.
• Secret Recipe is not responsible and not liable for any loss, theft or destruction of the e-voucher and has no obligation to replace or refund value for lost, stolen or damaged.
