CHAGEE is a premium tea beverage brand innovated by Shenzhen Taste Perception Catering Culture Management Co. Ltd. in China, the land known as the birthplace of tea. Tea is one of the oldest cultural treasures ever known, with an extensive history spanning thousands of years. Realizing that cultural heritages continuously face the danger of being forgotten in the rapid modernization of time, we took it upon ourselves the mission to resurrect and reintroduce the Chinese tea culture to the world.

Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• This e-voucher is valid for a single transaction only and a maximum of ONE (1) e-voucher redeemable per transaction.
• This e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
• This e-voucher is valid for one-time use; any remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Present your e-voucher at the store upon redemption. Printed e-vouchers and screenshots will not be accepted.
• No extension of validity is allowed.
• This e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be replaced if voided in error. The unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon the expiry date.
• This e-voucher can be used for pickup and delivery from all CHAGEE outlets nationwide via CHAGEE Mini Program only.
• CHAGEE (M) SDN BHD is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or destruction of the e-voucher and has no obligation to replace or refund its value if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• CHAGEE (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to reject any e-voucher if deemed forged or expired.
• Resale of such e-vouchers without the explicit permission of CHAGEE (M) SDN BHD is prohibited.
• CHAGEE (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to Redeem?

1. Copy the code from the e-voucher.
2. Visit https://miniprogram.chagee.com.my/miniprogram/app/home.
3. Select Order Delivery.
4. Select drinks.
5. Press “Order Now” to proceed to the payment page.
6. Click “Vouchers”
7. Paste the code from your e-voucher.
