Grab is Southeast Asia’s leading superapp. It provides everyday services like Deliveries, Mobility, Financial Services, and More.

Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• This e-voucher is applicable to your selected option in Malaysia only.
• Vertical type and denomination breakdown for unwrapped e-vouchers are non-reversible.
• The e-voucher cannot be applied to the Platform Fee or Small Order Fee (if applicable).
• The e-voucher may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or e-vouchers unless otherwise indicated.
• The e-voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
• No extension of validity is allowed.
• The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
• Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
• Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Valid on the latest Grab app version only.

How to Redeem?

1. Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed the Grab app and logged in.
2. Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page.
3. Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable).
4. The voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’.
5. Go through the booking steps and click “Offer” to use your voucher.
