Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• The Starbucks Card can be used for purchasing after being added to Starbucks Malaysia Mobile App.
• Your Starbucks Card is only valid for use in Starbucks stores in Malaysia only.
• The Starbucks Card can be used to make any purchases at Starbucks stores except for the purchase of Starbucks Gift Certificates.
• The monetary value that you load onto your Starbucks Card is a pre-payment only for the goods and services of Starbucks stores.
• No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds loaded onto a Starbucks Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Starbucks.
• The value associated with the Starbucks Card is not insured or guaranteed by any person or entity.
• The Starbucks Card is not valid after expiring.
• Any remaining credit balance on your Starbucks Card will be automatically forfeited upon deactivation under any circumstances and cannot be refunded to you.

How to Redeem?

Pay for your order or redeem rewards using the app (after adding your Starbucks Card) at any Starbucks store in Malaysia. Show the card added on your mobile device to the cashier and they will deduct it from the card. How to register your card at Starbucks Malaysia APP:

1. Sign in to the account.
2. Expected result: The main section to appear, then click “PAY” and “ADD CARD”.
3. Key in Starbucks Card Number (CODE from your voucher link) and Security Code (Activation PIN from your voucher link).
4. Click “Add”.

* Starbucks APP has been updated, kindly update your APP to ensure you are able to log in. Only 50 cards can be added into the APP, please delete the card to add more cards.
