A life full of taste can be just that simple ZUS Coffee was founded to encourage drinking coffee as a way of life. Specialty coffee is seen as a treat that’s inherently expensive. We want to subvert that expectation by making it accessible to all!

Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• Payment must be made via ZUS Balance within ZUS Coffee’s Mobile App.
• Expiry as stated on the e-voucher applies.
• Upon entering the voucher into ZUS Balance, the user has three(3) years to utilize the amount before it expires.
• Valid for pickup and delivery at all ZUS Coffee outlets.
• Not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
• ZUS Coffee is entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users, if the user is found to have breached ZUS Coffee’s Users Terms & Conditions.

How to Redeem?

1. Download ZUS Coffee app via Google Play Store / App Store.
2. Sign up for an account / Login to an existing account.
3. Click on ZUS Balance and select Top Up.
4. Choose to Top Up using Gift Voucher.
5. Key in your 10-digit voucher code and click Top up Now.
6. The value will then be added to your ZUS Balance.
7. Checkout any items with your ZUS Balance and #GetZUSsed!
