Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• Exclusions and Stackability: Applicable on all items except items under beauty, electronics, home and lifestyle categories. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Vouchers
• Applicability: The e-gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Malaysia (on app and on https://www.zalora.com.my), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires
• Returns and Refunds: The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. The e-voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired
• Validity: E-gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation

How to Redeem?

1. Sign in to ZALORA Malaysia app or https://www.zalora.com.my and add items to the cart
2. At checkout, go to “ZALORA Voucher,” enter the e-voucher code and click “Apply”
3. Proceed with checkout as per normal
