Bulk Order: Email Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. Share the recipient list (name & email) with us in CSV format.
3. The email subject, content, and brand logo can be customized.
4. The email can be scheduled to be sent to all your recipients.
5. Email delivery status can be tracked and resend email if necessary.

Bulk Order: CSV Delivery

1. Confirm the eGift Card denominations and quantity.
2. We will generate a list of eGift Cards in CSV format.
3. The CSV contains lines in gift value, redeem URL and expiry date.
4. We will email the CSV file to you (or the designated person).
5. You distribute the redemption URLs to the recipients yourself.

Note: CSV is comma-separated values.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid only at www.zalora.com.my / ZALORA mobile app.
• Only valid for the specified period stated on the voucher.
• Not valid with other voucher codes and promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• All Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Gift card code must be added to My Store Credit only.
• Products purchased using a Gift Card are non-refundable in cash but only in store credit.
• ZALORA assumes no liability in any case of loss, theft, fraud, or the recipient’s public disclosure of the Gift Card code.
• ZALORA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.
• The Terms of Service set out at https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/ shall apply to all uses of the Gift Card.

How to Redeem?

1. Log in to www.zalora.my.
2. Select My Store Credit under My Account.
3. Enter your unique Gift Card code and click Add Credit.
4. The Gift Card value will appear in My Store Credit and you may start shopping!
